Job Description:

Role Overview: The Odoo Implementation Instructor will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to clients and internal teams on the implementation and use of the Odoo ERP system. This role involves designing training programs, delivering interactive training sessions, and ensuring that users are proficient in utilizing Odoo to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development:
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various user groups (e.g., end-users, administrators, and technical staff).
    • Create training manuals, online tutorials, and other educational resources.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions in person, online, or via webinars.
    • Provide hands-on training and demonstrations of Odoo modules and features.
    • Customize training sessions to address specific client needs and scenarios.
  • Support and Consultation:
    • Offer post-training support and consultation to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Odoo.
    • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and optimizing their use of Odoo.
    • Provide guidance on best practices and advanced functionalities of Odoo.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
    • Tailor training and support to align with client-specific requirements and goals.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Odoo.
    • Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on feedback and industry trends.
    • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching and technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in implementing and using Odoo ERP systems.
    • Experience in delivering training or teaching, preferably in a technical or business environment.
    • Familiarity with business processes across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, services).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Odoo modules and functionalities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to convey complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
    • Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
