Media Buyer

The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of media buying, digital advertising platforms, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Job Requirements


    • Proven experience as a media buyer or in a similar role, preferably within the tech or software industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing media budgets.
    • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Responsibilities


    •  Plan, purchase, and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective ad strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). 
    • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor research to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
    • Manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
    • Stay up-to-date with trends in media buying, digital advertising platforms, and emerging tools to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
    • Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements for advertising.
